Damaged Product(s)
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us
directly. Damaged products may be exchanged for the same item only. Return
all damaged items for an exchange by following the instructions in our
Return Policy below. To speed up the process, when returning a product, be
sure to include the original receipt. Please keep a copy for yourself.

Instructions for Returning Product(s)
In the case of a defective item, please send back for a
replacement. Place the product(s) back in the original box and send it back.
If you do not have the original box, any other will do. Used items are non
refundable.
Send it back to the address shown on your receipt. You
will be responsible for shipping costs on returned products.
If you are returning a product for a refund, we will
issue you a credit for a portion of the original shipping cost (you will pay
to return the merchandise.) If you are exchanging an item due to a defect,
we will pay to ship out the exchanged product(s). If the exchange request
cannot be honored, we will credit your charge card for this item.
We cannot issue credits until we have received the
returned product(s) and verified their condition. Customers are fully
responsible for ensuring that items arrive back to the warehouse in the
original condition.
For any breakable items that you return, you must insure
the items for their full value or we cannot guarantee that we will refund
your money if the item is damaged in transit. MYGAYWEB.com and its suppliers
reserve the right to refuse any and all returns for any reason whatsoever.
Credit Card Refund Policy
By law, we are required to issue refunds using the same
form of payment you used to purchase the product(s). Please allow up to 2
billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. Should you have
any concerns, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve
the issue promptly.
