This technique requires an
electric
blender. It is most appropriate when preparing drinks with
ingredients that don't
break-down and mix very easily, such as
egg yolks.
After adding your
ingredients in the

blender cup, close the lid tightly and turn the blender on. The steel blades

This will ensure a final blended smooth, thick consistency of the drink.
With drinks containing ice or thick
ingredients, you will
know if the perfect consistency is achieved when you can place a straw in the
