From I 25: exit at St. Francis drive and stay in the right lane. Follow St. Francis into town and turn right onto Cerrillos Rd. (Note: for the Cerrillos Road turn, look for a small green sign on the right which says "Cerrillos Rd., next light". There is no overhead sign indicating Cerrillos Rd. at the intersection of St. Francis and Cerrillos). From Cerrillos, turn right on Paseo de Peralta. Follow Paseo until you see at Palace Ave, then turn right. From there turn left at the first street, Faithway (at the church). The Madeleine is the last house on your right, 106 Faithway St.
From the North, on Highway 285: follow the signs to Downtown Plaza. Turn left at Paseo de Peralta. Then turn right on Otero St. and go up about two blocks to Palace Ave. Turn left on Palace Ave. and then left at Faithway St. (just past the church). The Madeleine will be the last house on your right. [ view map ]
Cancellation Policy
1) If I cancel up until 2 weeks before my scheduled arrival, I will receive a credit to my card for the deposit amount minus a $20 cancellation fee.
2) In the last two weeks before my scheduled arrival, if I cancel, I will receive the refund listed above only if you are able to re-book the room for all of the nights I am scheduled, or the deposit is forfeit.
3) Once I arrive at the Inn I am financially responsible for my entire stay, even though I may choose an early departure. If you are able to re-book any of the days should I depart early, I will receive the same refund listed above, assuming I have paid in full at check in.
